What's inside

  • Job search tracker (.xlsx) — applications, stages, last contact, next follow-up, contacts, weekly summary with a goal you set. Overdue follow-ups turn red.
  • Follow-up emails — after applying, after no response, after an interview, checking in with a recruiter.
  • Thank-you notes — after a phone screen, a panel (one note per interviewer), a final interview, and a short message version.
  • Networking messages — informational chats with people you know and people you don't, referral asks, thank-yous, and keeping in touch.
  • Offer and rejection replies — accept, ask for time, ask a question, decline politely, reply to a rejection, withdraw.
  • Weekly job-search plan — simple routine, weekly goals, interview prep checklist, Friday review.
  • Start here guide — includes job-scam warning signs.

Who it's for

  • Career changers, recent graduates, and anyone actively applying.
  • People who want plain, professional wording they can adapt in minutes.

Who it's not for

  • Anyone looking for resume templates, salary-negotiation scripts, or "beat the ATS" tricks.
  • Anyone who wants to pay a "recruiter" or "employer" for a job — that's a scam.

Format

The tracker comes as .xlsx that works in Excel, Google Sheets, and LibreOffice Calc using simple formulas — no macros. The templates come in PDF, DOCX, and Markdown.

FAQ

Does this help me write a resume?

No. It focuses on the tracking and the email side of a job search — the things you do after you've sent the resume.

Does it promise interviews or offers?

No. It's an organizing and writing tool, not a guarantee. It will help you follow up politely and on time.

What's the refund policy?

Etsy is digital-download, so returns are not accepted — but if a file is missing or won't open, we'll fix it fast or refund you via Etsy.
