Plain, practical templates. No fluff.
Copper Vault Templates makes digital templates for the work your tools don't cover — the onboarding conversation, the rent ledger, the wedding headcount, the craft-fair sales log. The same set of small, calm files across every problem, so you can stop re-inventing them.
What we make
We make editable, plain-English templates. Each kit covers one situation end-to-end — intake, kickoff, the work, the wrap-up — and ships in formats you already use: PDF, Word, Markdown, and (for trackers) .xlsx with simple formulas and no macros.
Purchases and fulfilment happen on Etsy and Gumroad. This site is the home base: descriptions, links, and the legal pages for the storefronts.
How we work
We test every kit with a "20-minute setup" rule: if you can't get from a fresh download to a usable file in roughly 20–30 minutes, we rework the kit.
What we don't do
- We don't make hype promises. No "go viral" or "land your first client" guarantees.
- We don't include contracts, leases, or legal notices. Real legal documents need a lawyer.
- We don't add third-party tracking on this site. We don't sell your data.
Brand values
- Plain. No marketing fluff, no jargon, no fake urgency.
- Practical. Every kit has a real "use it for" and a real "not for."
- Honest. Refund policies match the storefront. Disclaimers match the content.
- Reusable. Set it up once, reuse it forever.
- Owned by you. Edit, share filled-in versions, move platforms — fine. Reselling — not fine.
How the storefronts fit
Etsy and Gumroad handle payment, tax, file delivery, refunds, and buyer messaging. Each storefront has its own policies — see Refunds for a side-by-side. This site is marketing and a home for the templates' reference copy.
Get in touch
For support on a specific template, use the storefront you bought from — Etsy has order messaging; Gumroad has receipts. For general questions, see the Contact page.
